From routine diagnostics to complex interventional procedures — every study interpreted by fellowship-trained subspecialty radiologists.
Our MRI program covers the full spectrum of diagnostic imaging — from routine studies to complex subspecialty protocols.
A smooth scan starts with good preparation. Here's what to know before you arrive.
Bring your insurance card, a valid photo ID, and your referral order if applicable. If you've had prior imaging (MRI, CT, or X-ray) of the same area, bring those discs or reports — our radiologists will reference them.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing with no metal hardware (zippers, underwire, snaps). You may be asked to change into a gown. Leave jewelry, watches, and hairpins at home when possible.
Inform our team of any implants, pacemakers, cochlear implants, joint replacements, surgical clips, or metal fragments in your body before your appointment. Most modern implants are MRI-safe — we'll verify with you in advance.
Most MRI exams require no dietary restrictions. Abdominal, pelvic, and MRCP studies may require fasting for 4 hours beforehand. Specific instructions will be provided when you schedule your appointment.
Continue taking all regular medications as prescribed unless your ordering physician or our team advises otherwise. If you take a blood thinner and contrast is planned, let us know when scheduling.
If you experience anxiety in enclosed spaces, let us know when you book. Our wide-bore MRI scanner provides significantly more room than standard systems. Mild sedation options are available with physician order — we'll work with you to make your scan comfortable.
Most insurance plans accepted. No referral required for many studies. Results delivered within 24 hours.
