Most MRI exams take between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the area being scanned and the number of sequences required. Our advanced MRI system with AI reconstruction often reduces scan time significantly compared to older systems.

Leave metal jewelry and accessories at home. Inform us of any implants, pacemakers, or metal fragments in your body — some may be contraindications. For abdominal or pelvic MRI you may be asked to fast for 4 hours beforehand. Our team will provide specific prep instructions when you schedule.

Finalized reports are delivered to your referring physician within 24 hours of your study via our secure physician portal. Critical or urgent findings are communicated by phone immediately after the read is complete.
